At Voiced.Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return policy to ensure your satisfaction.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

  • Items that are personalized, custom-made, or final sale are not eligible for returns.

 

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at orders@voiced.shop within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

  • Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item.

 

3. Shipping Your Return

  • Returns should be sent directly to our fulfillment partner that processed your order. We will provide you with the correct return address and any necessary details.

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • Include the return authorization number with your package.

 

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected by our fulfillment partner, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

 

5. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at orders@voiced.shop.

 

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods, intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.

  • Gift cards are also non-returnable.

 

7. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
