To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Items that are personalized, custom-made, or final sale are not eligible for returns.
2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at orders@voiced.shop within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item.
3. Shipping Your Return

Returns should be sent directly to our fulfillment partner that processed your order. We will provide you with the correct return address and any necessary details.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected by our fulfillment partner, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at orders@voiced.shop.
6. Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods, intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.

Gift cards are also non-returnable.
7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
